Payment Options & Instalments

We understand that paying for a programme upfront isn’t always convenient, so we offer flexible payment options.

Deposit

A £200 deposit per person is required at the time of booking to secure your place(s).

Deposits are non-refundable and contribute to administrative and preparatory costs. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Instalments

After paying your deposit, the remaining balance may be paid in one or more instalments, depending on the payment schedule offered for your programme.

Instalments:
• Are interest-free
• Do not include any fees
• Are staged payments towards the total price
• Must be completed before participation

Instalments do not constitute credit, lending, or a regulated financial agreement.

Payment Schedule

Your instalment schedule, amounts, and due dates will be confirmed by email after booking.
All payments must be completed by the stated deadline in order to attend.

Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
