    You can book directly through our website by selecting your chosen course and completing the checkout process. Some courses require a deposit to secure your place, with the balance due at a later date.

    Yes. All prices are per person, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

    Can I book for more than one person?

    Yes. You can book for multiple people by selecting the appropriate quantity at checkout. Your payment will be calculated based on the number of places selected.

  • How much is the deposit?

    Where a deposit is required, the amount will be clearly stated on the course booking page.

    Is the deposit refundable?

    Deposits are non-refundable, as they contribute to administrative and preparatory costs.
    This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

    When do I need to pay the remaining balance?

    If a balance is due, the payment deadline will be clearly stated at the time of booking (for example, a set number of days before the course start date).

    How do I pay the balance?

    The balance is paid using a secure payment link provided in your booking confirmation email.
    Card payments are accepted, and Klarna may be available for balance payments where offered.

    Can I pay the balance in using Klarna?

    Klarna may be available for balance payments. Any Klarna agreement is between you and Klarna and does not change your obligation to pay the full balance by the stated deadline.

  • Can I cancel my booking?

    • Deposits are non-refundable

    • Refunds of any balance paid depend on the timing of cancellation and the specific course booked

    • No refunds are issued for non-attendance

    Can I change my booking or transfer it to someone else?

    Requests to change or transfer a booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability and approval. An administrative fee may apply.

    What happens if I don’t pay the balance on time?

    If the balance is not paid by the stated deadline, your booking may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

    What happens if you cancel or change a course?

    If we cancel or significantly change a course, you will be offered either:

    • A full refund of payments made, or

    • The option to transfer to an alternative date or course (subject to availability)

  • Do I need to complete a health questionnaire (PAR-Q)?

    Yes. For courses involving physical activity, you may be required to complete a PAR-Q and/or health assessment before participating.

    What if I have a medical condition or injury?

    If you have a medical condition, injury, or concern, you should seek advice from a qualified medical professional before participating and must disclose relevant information accurately on the PAR-Q or health assessment.

    Can you refuse participation on health or safety grounds?

    Yes. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict participation where we reasonably believe participation may pose a risk to your health or safety, or the safety of others.

  • What should I bring with me?

    You’ll receive a Welcome Pack before your course with full details, including what to bring, clothing recommendations, timings, and location information.

    What happens if I arrive late or miss part of the course?

    Late arrival or missed sessions do not entitle you to a refund. Participation may be restricted where late arrival affects safety or course flow.

    What behaviour is expected during the course?

    Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow all instructions. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive. No refund will be issued in such cases.

  • Will I receive a welcome pack or course materials?

    Yes. Many courses include digital materials such as welcome packs or programme information, which will be provided electronically.

    How will I receive important information and updates?

    All key information will be sent by email. Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of booking.

  • Are my statutory consumer rights affected?

    No. Nothing in our booking process or policies affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
